Chaste tree berries have used to assist women for over 2500 years. Common uses include the following: reduction of premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps, premenopausal symptoms and infertility. This herb is also used to increase breast milk production as well as to balance progesteron-estrogen levels.

Directions: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule 2 times a day for 8 weeks. Thereafter take 1 capsule daily or as prescribed by your health care professional.

For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.

Chaste Tree works slowly so for optimum results it is best used long term.
