Complete Introduction
In 1999, my life took a drastic change when I became a Christian and began searching for a healthier way to live. While researching, I stumbled across some information on a lifestyle center in the United States. After a lot of thought and prayer, I decided to go in hopes that it would allow me to make the changes that would improve my overall life. Some of those changes would include getting sufficient sleep, water, exercise, sunshine, stress management and relaxation. There was also a focus on the importance of building the immune system through a healthy lifestyle and the use of natural whole food, dietary supplements.
Over the next few years, I continued my research and traveled to several other lifestyle centers to further my knowledge of health, nutrition, and supplements. This led me to realize something; There needs to be more emphasis on building our immune system. When we are ill we are prescribed medication that quickly treats the symptoms, however, I realized, few focus on the reason that we got sick in the first place; a weakened immune system.
Through my travels, I made many friends, some of them being top nutritionists, and with their help, I offer some of the finest supplements, and skin care products in the world.
I started sharing this knowledge with those around me and later on I formed the company Health for Today with the hopes of helping others to become the healthiest version of themselves. My goal is that through lifestyle changes, good natural whole food, dietary supplements, and the knowledge that I’ve gathered, we can begin a much healthier lifestyle.
